Sales RepresentativeWe are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to support revenue growth by building strong relationships with potential and existing customers, understanding their automation needs, and effectively presenting our cutting‑edge solutions.
Base pay range$70,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr
Additional compensation typesAnnual Bonus
Responsibilities Lead Generation and Qualification- Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calling, email, and digital outreach.
- Respond promptly and effectively to inbound leads and inquiries.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate customer information and sales activity.
- Collaborate with the outside sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Conduct virtual or in‑office product demonstrations and presentations.
- Schedule meetings with target customers for the sales team.
- Prepare and deliver quotes and proposals to customers, ensuring alignment with pricing strategy.
- Work to close deals and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and sales‑related issues.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling within the existing customer base.
- Continuously learn about new products, market trends, and competitive landscape in the automation industry.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition of our automation products and services.
- 3-5 years of experience in an inside sales role, ideally within automation.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Experience in the automation, industrial technology, or manufacturing sectors preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Familiarity with technical sales processes and complex product specifications.
