- Pay Rate: $19.00 hour (pay rate set by current contract; subject to future increases)

Part Time Security Officer
Saturday & Sunday 12AM-8AM
Location: Wyoming, Mi
Primary Responsibilities- Customer Service - provide the highest level of customer service when interacting with employees, visitors, and co‑workers.
- Mobile Patrol - drive the security vehicle around the site, patrolling parking lots and building exteriors.
- Patrolling - walk the interior and exterior of the various office buildings on site, keeping an eye out for security, safety, and maintenance issues.
- Reliability - report for your shift on time, presentable, and in the prescribed uniform.
- Friendly Personality - balance outstanding customer service while enforcing client policies and rules.
- Following Company and Client Policies - interpret written post guidelines and ensure tasks are completed throughout the shift.
- Use of De‑escalation Techniques - defuse situations through verbal judo and other communication tactics.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Must have either a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- May NOT have any felony convictions and must be able to pass a criminal background check in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Must successfully pass a drug test at the time of hire and randomly thereafter.
- Must present a friendly, positive, and professional image.
- Must be willing to become CPR/1st Aid/AED Certified.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record.
- Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, or walk for the duration of the shift, including walking long distances, and possibly up and down stairs.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be readily able to respond to emergency situations.
