PurposePrimary responsibility will be operating an excavator for the solidification pit.
Essential Duties- Operate an excavator for the solidification pit.
- Communicate with the shredder operator who will be filling the pit with liquid and debris.
- Mix absorbents to soak up the water, then load the solidified material into a roll off dumpster.
- Operate a skid steer and loader as needed to support other plant operations.
- Perform daily pre‑checks and greasing of equipment.
- Work together with plant staff to ensure safe and efficient solidification.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, including an excavator.
- Comfortable working in confined quarters.
- Steel toe boots, safety glasses, hard hat, respirator.
- All applicants must pass a company-paid physical exam, including substance abuse screening.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00, and includes benefits such as the following:
