Machinist - III; 2nd shift

Overview

Machinist I - III (2nd shift) at Chandler Industries, Minnesota. Chandler Industries is growing and looking for skilled CNC Machinists to join our high-performing team on second shift.

Shift details:
Monday–Thursday, 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.; 10% shift differential; $2,000 sign-on bonus.

• Set up and operate CNC machines producing precision parts
• Edit and troubleshoot EIA/ISO (G-Code) programs
• Work with HAAS and FANUC-based controls
• Inspect parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and tight tolerances
• Contribute to a team focused on craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement

• Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
• Strong knowledge of HAAS and FANUC controls
• Proven ability to set up, run, and inspect precision components
• A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Compensation is determined based on a variety of factors related to the position, including skills, relevant experience, education, internal equity, business needs, and local market conditions. The full range is shared for transparency, though offers are rarely at the minimum or maximum of the range.
