Experienced CNC Machinists – 2nd Shift

Ready to take your machining career to the next level? Chandler Industries is growing and looking for skilled CNC Machinists to join our high-performing team on second shift!
Shift Details:
- Monday–Thursday | 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.
- 10% Shift Differential
- $2,000 Sign-On Bonus
Chandler Industries is a precision machining and sheet metal fabrication company with five facilities across Minnesota and one in Mexico, serving a wide range of industries with high-quality, close-tolerance components.
What You’ll Do:- Set up and operate CNC machines producing precision parts
- Edit and troubleshoot EIA/ISO (G-Code) programs
- Work with HAAS and FANUC-based controls
- Inspect parts to ensure quality, accuracy, and tight tolerances
- Contribute to a team focused on craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement
- Minimum 3 years of CNC machining experience
- Strong knowledge of HAAS and FANUC controls
- Proven ability to set up, run, and inspect precision components
- A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

While the full range is shared for transparency, offers are rarely made at the minimum or maximum of the range.
