The role requires a high school diploma/GED, and an associate degree in autobody is preferred, along with strong mechanical skills and two or more years of experience in autobody. You'll have to work efficiently with tools to sand, grind, and apply body filler, while maintaining a clean workspace and inspecting the vehicle's body for flaws.
