Position OverviewExpress Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for Grinder Operator openings in the Wyoming and Big Lake area. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are detail oriented, mechanically inclined, and comfortable working in a fast paced production environment.
Pay and ScheduleHourly Pay: $23-$25 per hour
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM

- Operate grinding machines to remove excess material
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
- Deburr, smooth, and finish metal components
- Follow production specifications and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Previous experience operating grinders or similar equipment
- Ability to read basic measurements and follow instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently and stay on task.
