As the Old Faithful Food & Beverage Warehouse Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions that keep the park running smoothly.

This position involves ensuring excellent guest service while efficiently managing warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing products. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate inventory records, addressing discrepancies in deliveries, and fostering positive communication with coworkers. Additionally, the role requires regular inventory counts, adherence to a "First In-First Out" system, and performing clerical duties to support daily transactions.

Position Type: Seasonal

Season Dates: Early April 2026 to Mid March 2027

Pay: $1,940.00/bi-weekly

Schedule: Typical schedule is 40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

• Deliver excellent guest service efficiently while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance
• Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of warehouse products, ensuring accurate documentation and inventory management
• Communicate discrepancies in vendor deliveries and inventory accuracy to the Purchasing Office
• Establish and maintain an efficient warehouse layout, implementing a "First In-First Out" product rotation system
• Foster positive teamwork and communication with co-workers, including warehouse staff and kitchen managers
• Conduct regular physical inventory counts, track discrepancies, and maintain an accurate warehouse inventory
• Adhere to safety and environmental practices, ensuring compliance with company policies and the Motor Vehicle Safety Program
• Be flexible in performing additional duties as assigned by management

• Must be 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no violations in the past three years that would classify the driver as “High Risk” per the company Motor Vehicle Safety Program
• Knowledge of management skills
• Knowledge of basic Company accounting procedures
• Knowledge of how to maintain accurate inventories
• Knowledge of different products warehoused
• Knowledge of proper rotation and storage techniques
• Knowledge of Company procedures concerning warehouse operations and security
• Knowledge of Company computer system

Physical Requirements include:

• Required to pass a DOT physical
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours
• Must be able to walk for long periods of time, approximately 8 hours
• Must be able to lift and carry a maximum of 70 pounds
• Must be able to bend, stretch, and reach for extended periods of time
