Senior Product Manager

• Develop and communicate the product vision and corresponding strategy to maximize value

• Serve as the accountable owner for the product portfolio and manage the product backlog
• Facilitate Agile developments in the role of Product Owner
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members on product vision and strategic road mapping

• Minimum of 5 years of product experience
• At least 5 years of experience with the software lifecycle
• A minimum of 3 years of advanced domain experience
• Bachelor’s degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or relevant experience/education in lieu of a degree
• Strong communication and conflict management skills

• 3 years of experience with agile processes
