Job Overview

Fairview is seeking a Rheumatologist to join our practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Wyoming. We are seeking a candidate who will deliver high quality rheumatology care, including joint injections, to adult patients. Clinics have on-site laboratories as well as imaging capabilities.

• Primarily based at the M Health Fairview Clinic - Wyoming in Wyoming, Minnesota, but may also provide services to the surrounding communities.
• The position will partner and mentor with an Advance Practice Provider in rheumatology in the clinic.
• While there will be one Rheumatologist at this site, there are colleagues available across the integrated system.
• We have an exceptionally strong primary and specialty care referral base within the care system. A full integrated EMR system is in place (EPIC).

M Health Fairview Clinic - Wyoming is just 30 miles north of St. Paul and Minneapolis; the city of Wyoming and surrounding communities nestle into the serenity of sparkling lakes, luscious wetlands and scenic open spaces.

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency and Rheumatology fellowship training program
• BC/BE with the ABMS
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on factors such as FTE, skills, knowledge, education, experience, and market conditions. Our organization values pay equity and considers internal equity when making offers. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.

$317,250 - $352,500 / Annual
