• Demonstrated ability to manage complex engineering projects from conception to implementation within a manufacturing setting.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced analytical and problem‑solving capabilities to address intricate production and design challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience implementing Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g., IoT, advanced automation, digital twins)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for manufacturing insights
