Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

• Design, develop, and program PLC and HMI applications for automated manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical and control system issues to minimize downtime.
• Lead the commissioning and startup of new equipment and process improvements.
• Optimize existing control systems for improved efficiency, reliability, and safety.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, control documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel.
• Ensure all control system designs and modifications comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

• Expertise in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and troubleshooting.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA system development and configuration.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP).
• Proficiency in robotics and/or advanced motion control system integration.
• Ability to read, interpret, and design electrical schematics and control panel layouts.

• Experience with robotics or machine vision system programming and integration.
• Proficiency in a high-level programming language (e.g., Python, C#) for data analysis, scripting, or custom HMI/SCADA development.
• Experience with MES/SCADA integration, data acquisition, or industrial data analytics platforms.
• Understanding of industrial network cybersecurity principles and best practices for OT environments.
