We are currently seeking a Pharmacy Retail Manager to help us achieve our vision of becoming industry leaders in providing healthcare solutions for everyday Australians.

As a Retail Manager, you will:

Assist customers with general pharmacy inquiries.

Support the dispensary with scripts in/out.

Perform administrative duties as needed.

Lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment.

Ensure compliance with all Chemist Outlet policies and procedures.

Handle merchandising and multi-task across various pharmacy areas.

Train and mentor team members.

Prior pharmacy experience is essential.

Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems (MINFOS software experience is advantageous).

Understanding of loyalty programs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and professional health advice.
