Position Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative care team. This role is perfect for professionals passionate about improving patients’ mobility, functionality, and overall well‑being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Deliver evidence‑based therapeutic interventions
  • Coordinate with other healthcare providers for integrated patient care
  • Educate patients and families on exercises and long‑term wellness strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Must‑Have Qualifications
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in PT (grandfathered license holders welcome)
  • Active or eligible Wyoming PT license
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Experience or certification in Lymphedema or Pelvic Health
  • Prior home health or outpatient care experience
  • Familiarity with WebPT (preferred EMR)
