Aged Care Provider - Redefining a New Generation of Residential Care

This role based at (insert Facility location link) will see you working closely with the nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams when performing your resident-centric care duties in a timely and compassionate manner surrounded by highly skilled and supportive senior carers and managers. The attached position description outlines specific job duties and accountabilities.

Ideally, you have worked in the Aged Care sector for at least 1 year and the ability to “think on your feet”, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers alike.

In addition, you will also

• Preferred 12+ months demonstrated working experience in the Aged Care sector
• A passion for choosing a career where you can make a difference and willingness to help our company deliver quality of care services everyday!
• Ability to work across all Night Duty shifts on a permanent part-time roster
• Very positive teamwork attitude, a trusted co-worker, excellent time management (we are a shift driven workplace including handovers) and follow strict safety procedures at all times to maintain a high standard of workplace safety.
• Computer savvy including using emails, word and navigating inhouse training platforms.
• Excellent workplace safety awareness to avoid our residents tripping, falling or hurting themselves - you need to be their extra eyes and ears.
• Qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) OR
• have completed the Diploma of Nursing with an aged care placement OR
• now a 2nd year nursing student with a placement.
• we do recognise other Cert III courses in related healthcare studies. Industry work placement will also be needed to meet compliance standards.
• Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance as this is essential to work in the Aged Care sector. (
