Job Summary

Housekeeping Inspectors supervise Room Attendants, inspect guest units continuously, and ensure compliance with housekeeping and safety policies.

  • Pay: $18.00/hour
  • Schedule:

    40 hours, 5 days per week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays)

Responsibilities
  • Provide guests with excellent service and care.
  • Supervise Room Attendants, ensuring timely, thorough cleaning.
  • Communicate progress and concerns to Housekeeping Manager/Assistant Manager.
  • Report ready rooms promptly after each round; aim to complete rooms by 4:00 pm.
  • Comply with Housekeeping policies, bio‑hazard cleanup, environmental, lost & found, key security, and chemical usage procedures.
  • Lead staff in daily dynamic stretches; promote safe work practices.
  • Work safely to avoid injuries, including PPE usage.
  • Report unsafe conditions and submit maintenance Service Requests.
  • Maintain linen room cleanliness and equipment (vacuums, radios, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Computer and phone proficiency.
  • Ability to follow instructions, count accurately, and maintain work patterns.
  • Excellent communication and supervisory abilities.
Physical Requirements
  • Stretching, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs.
  • Pushing 50‑75 pounds daily; moving carts and bins.
  • Working with required cleaning chemicals.
