We are actively seeking motivated individuals for Entry‑Level and Mid‑Level full‑time AI/ML Quality Assurance Engineer positions. These cutting‑edge roles focus on ensuring the reliability, fairness, and performance of machine learning models and the pipelines that deploy them.

Designing and executing tests for data validation, model drift, and feature reliability, as well as collaborating with Data Science and MLOps teams to integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a similar quantitative discipline (Required).
• Possess 0‑5 years of relevant work experience or dedicated project experience in data validation, model testing, MLOps, or software development (Required).

• Solid understanding of the Machine Learning Life Cycle (MLLC) and Model Validation/Testing concepts.
• Proficiency in Python with popular data science libraries (Num Py, Pandas).
• Experience with SQL for dataset preparation and validation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps concepts is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of tools for model testing and validation (Great Expectations, MLflow) or traditional automation tools (Selenium, API testing).
• Familiarity with version control (Git) and bug tracking tools (JIRA).
• Knowledge of concepts like model drift, bias, and fairness testing.
