• Architect, design, and develop a cloud‑based Clinical Interoperability platform using Go on AWS infrastructure
• Integrate third‑party interface engines to enable seamless data exchange between healthcare systems
• Ensure compliance with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR, as well as regulations like HIPAA
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, promoting best practices in AWS development and cloud security
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee interoperability and compliance with clinical standards

• 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related IT field
• Strong proficiency in the Go programming language
• Hands‑on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Proven experience in building and deploying cloud‑based SaaS solutions focused on clinical interoperability

• Deep expertise in healthcare interoperability standards, specifically HL7 and FHIR
• Experience with third‑party interface engines such as Mirth, Cloverleaf, and Rhapsody
• Strong understanding of clinical data exchange workflows and integration patterns
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
