About the Role:
Clinical Data Manager

We are hiring for Entry-Level and Mid-Level full-time Clinical Data Manager positions. This role is central to the clinical trial process and involves designing Case Report Forms (CRFs/eCRFs), developing the Clinical Data Management Plan (DMP), performing data review and query generation, and ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trial data. You will collaborate closely with biostatisticians, clinical operations, and programming teams.

Key Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biostatistics, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Life Sciences, or a related quantitative field (Required).
• Experience: 0-5 years of relevant experience in clinical data management or clinical research.
• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with industry-standard Clinical Data Management Systems (CDMS) such as Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, or Veeva Vault EDC; strong understanding of the clinical trial process and regulatory guidelines (e.g., ICH-GCP); experience with data review, query management, and data cleaning processes.
• Preferred
  
  Skills:
  
  Familiarity with database design (e.g., eCRF creation) and knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM).
