Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
- Oversee procurement and sourcing activities for raw materials, components, and MRO, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize carrying costs while meeting production and customer demand.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure reliability and quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and leverage technology.
- Utilize ERP systems and supply chain analytics to forecast demand, monitor performance, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning tools.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics specific to manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
- Experience with ERP system implementation or advanced module configuration (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- International logistics and customs compliance experience
