Salary Range: $96,000 - $143,000 depending on experience

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, efficiency, and on-time delivery.
• Oversee procurement and sourcing activities for raw materials, components, and MRO, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods to minimize carrying costs while meeting production and customer demand.
• Coordinate logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution, to ensure timely and cost-effective movement of goods.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure reliability and quality.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and leverage technology.
• Utilize ERP systems and supply chain analytics to forecast demand, monitor performance, and inform strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain planning tools.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics specific to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Experience with ERP system implementation or advanced module configuration (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Proficiency in data analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• International logistics and customs compliance experience
