Salary Range: $46,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

• Set up and operate CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and G-code programs.
• Perform in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Monitor machine performance, adjust offsets, and troubleshoot minor issues to maintain part quality.
• Select, install, and replace tooling according to job specifications.
• Load raw materials and unload finished parts from machines.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Proficiency in setting up and operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
• Solid understanding of G-code and M-code for program editing and machine control.
• Experience with tooling selection, offsets, and basic machine troubleshooting.

• Proficiency with advanced CAD/CAM software for complex part programming.
• Experience operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) or other advanced metrology equipment.
  
  Demonstrated ability to perform basic machine troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S, Kaizen).
