., a leader in Wyoming’s construction industry since 1981, is searching for an experienced and motivated shop mechanic to join our team. We pride ourselves in delivering high quality residential and commercial projects throughout the state of Wyoming and beyond, with services ranging from demolition, grading, excavation, and utility installations. The shop mechanic will be responsible for maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of various types of heavy equipment associated with these services.
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections as well as identify and complete all repairs.
- Respond to and address nonfunctional equipment.
- Tune and configure equipment for optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Adhere to Governmental and AEI rules and regulations while safely performing work at all times.
- Perform work in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions and guidelines.
- Maintain detailed documentation of work performed in an orderly manner.
- 2 or more years’ experience in diesel powered heavy equipment, semi-trucks, crew vehicles, and other work-related equipment.
- Experience dealing with complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License preferred.
- Computer literate, Microsoft Office experience preferred.
- Be willing to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.
- Must require minimal supervision.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
- Display an uncompromising focus on safety by properly following company policies and OSHA/DOT regulations for safe working procedures.
- Able to multi-task, show initiative and ask questions as needed.
- Must be physically able to perform tasks assigned by supervisor, which often include bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, leaning, climbing in out of trucks, trailers and associated equipment. The ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs.
- Mandatory pre-employment as well as random drug screening required.

Wages and benefits are negotiable and are dependent upon experience and longevity within the organization
Work ScheduleFull Time 40 Hours a week + (Monday-Thursday)
