As the Electrician, you will play a vital role in supporting the day‑to‑day maintenance functions that keep the park running smoothly.

• Responsible for the proper operation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in Xanterra facilities
• Ensure all electrical installations, repairs and replacements meet applicable electrical code
• Accountable for proper and accurate documentation, in the Computerized Maintenance Management System, of labor & materials expended in electrical maintenance
• Provide assistance and oversight for seasonal opening/closing of all facilities
• Assist in continuous improvement of preventive maintenance procedures for electrical equipment and systems

• Aptitude to complete common electrical repairs
• Proficient in operation and use of common electrical repair equipment and tools
• General knowledge of OSHA requirements and use of personal protective equipment
• Ability to read, understand and comply with all company policies and procedures
• Willingness to advance electrical knowledge through on‑the‑job training and self‑study
• Must be at least 19 years old and have a valid driver’s license; good driving record required

• May require respiratory protection and compliance with applicable regulations
• Ability to walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs and ladders in all weather conditions
• Capable of lifting objects up to 50 pounds
• Physical stamina to withstand heavy labor in an outside environment
• Standing, bending, kneeling, crawling for extended periods required
