Salary Range: $56,000 - $88,000 depending on experience

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex electrical faults in manufacturing machinery and control systems.
• Install, inspect, and test new electrical wiring, conduits, fixtures, and control devices.
• Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including Lockout/Tagout procedures and arc flash protocols.
• Calibrate and test electrical components to ensure optimal performance and compliance with specifications.
• Document all maintenance, repairs, and installations accurately for record-keeping and future reference.

• Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent industrial certification.
• Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and VFDs.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
• Strong understanding and adherence to electrical safety protocols (e.g., NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout) and local electrical codes.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs for industrial electrical equipment.

• PLC programming and troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
• Instrumentation and calibration experience
• Arc Flash safety training or certification
• Robotics or automated system maintenance experience
