We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to manage our cafe/deli in the heart of Pinedale, Wyoming. Located in the Sinclair Fuel and Convenience store at 1088 W. Pine Street. If you love good food, community, and leadership, we want to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the cafe/deli

• Manage and train staff

• Maintain inventory and supplies

• Monitor and control food costs and ordering

• Implement quality standards for food preparation and service

• Ensure customer satisfaction and address feedback

• Schedule shifts and supervise team performance

• Support marketing and promotional activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing a food service establishment (cafe, deli, bakery, or restaurant)

• Strong understanding of food cost management and inventory

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to create a positive team atmosphere

• Knowledge of safe food handling and sanitation practices

• Passion for customer service and community building
