Job Summary
As General Manager of our Afton, WY location, you’ll lead a fast-paced store in the heart of Wyoming’s Star Valley. You’ll oversee daily operations, coach and develop your team, manage inventory and costs, and deliver exceptional service every shift.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on accountability, enjoys mentoring others, and isn’t afraid to hustle alongside their crew.

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Assistant Managers, Drivers, and CSRs
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Manage labor, food costs, inventory, and cash handling with accuracy
• Monitor and improve store performance and profitability
• Keep the store clean, organized, and compliant with Domino’s brand standards
• Oversee scheduling, hiring, training, and disciplinary actions
• Promote a positive, energetic store culture

Dough-main Knowledge:

• Master all team member duties faster than a 30-minute delivery!
• Phone skills sharper than our pizza cutters for taking orders
• Ability to juggle tasks like a pizza-tossing champion

Cleanliness is Next to Cheesiness:

• Stock ingredients with the precision of a pizza artist

Number Crunching (almost as satisfying as crust crunching):

• Basic math skills that add up faster than our specialty toppings
• Inventory skills to ensure we’re never caught with our crusts down

Communication:
Louder than an oven timer!

• Ability to chat up co-workers and customers with the warmth of a wood-fired oven
• Process orders in-person and over the phone with a side of charm
• Prepare products that would make even the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles jealous
• Graduate from our on-the-job training with flying colors (and maybe some flour)
