Job Duties

• Assist the Retail Manager in leading the daily operations of Jackson Hole Sports.
• Open/Close Jackson Hole Sports.
• Maintain efficient daily operations of Jackson Hole Sports retail department.
• Work with sales staff to ensure proper cash-handling and charge procedures are in compliance.
• Execute daily operations of Jackson Hole Sports including morning meetings, opening/closing procedures, daily sales goal, and acting as key holder.
• Assist in processing customer special orders, warranty returns and damages.
• Assist in executing store sales and promotions.
• Assist in processing store transfers.
• Merchandise new products and facilitate back stock/restocking.
• Work with retail manager to maintain store cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist in all sales training and up-selling techniques.
• Facilitate morning sales goals and go over any new retail information.

• Basic knowledge of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort is a plus.
