Part-Time Sales Associate

Are you passionate about fashion, thoughtful gifts, and creating personal connections? The Lucky Pearl, nestled in the charming town of Saratoga, Wyoming, is seeking a warm and motivated Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team. If you love helping people find something special—whether it’s the perfect outfit or a meaningful gift—this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Part-Time Sales Associate at The Lucky Pearl, your days will be a blend of customer interaction and behind-the-scenes tasks. On the sales floor, you’ll provide warm, attentive service, making every customer feel welcome and offering helpful, pressure-free recommendations. You’ll also assist with unpacking boxes, steaming clothing, tagging new arrivals, and keeping our displays tidy and inviting.

We’re looking for someone who can seamlessly shift between tasks, always prioritizing the customer experience. Whether you’re helping a customer put together the perfect look or ensuring the shop is beautifully presented, your role will be key to creating the unique shopping experience The Lucky Pearl is known for.

We’re searching for someone with the following qualities and skills:

• At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills and a warm, approachable personality.
• A genuine interest in fashion, personal styling, and gifting.
• The ability to multitask, take initiative, and stay organized.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and pride in maintaining a beautifully curated shop.

Retail experience is preferred, and availability during evenings and weekends is ideal.

This is a part-time role with flexible hours. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that fits your availability while meeting the needs of our shop. Evenings and weekends are required.

At The Lucky Pearl, we believe in beautiful things, personal connections, and a little Western soul.
