• Consultative selling: cultivate strong relationships with customers and grow accounts.
• Sales prospecting: build profitable sales in an assigned territory, primarily within the mining industry, expanding business with current customers.
• Customer experience advocate: collaborate with internal teams to deliver top‑tier service, technical support, and safe, innovative solutions.
• Portfolio management: prioritize selling time, manage funnel and territory, proactively win back lost customers.

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience and a track record of building relationships and meeting targets.
• Self‑directed, outcome‑focused; takes initiative and delivers results.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Good listener, curious, passionate about learning customers’ needs and solving problems.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, objection handling skills, and ability to close deals.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

• Salary range: $90,770 and up annually, plus commissions based on contribution margin.
• Salary influenced by experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and location.
