We are looking for a National Sales Manager to lead and execute growth strategies across the Midwestern United States. This role will focus on building and maintaining key chain relationships, strengthening dealer network engagement, and expanding Nemco’s presence in the restaurant and convenience store markets. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and supporting territory representatives, while driving consultative, relationship-based selling.
This individual will work closely with customers, dealer partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored equipment solutions and long-term value. The successful candidate will have strong regional market knowledge, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a proven ability to drive measurable sales results. - 5–10 years of experience in Food service Equipment sales, account management, or business development
- Prior experience in food service equipment distribution, operations, purchasing, culinary operations, or sales preferred
- Strong understanding of food service equipment markets and operational challenges
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills
- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute growth plans
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to identify needs and provide tailored solutions
- Entrepreneurial, adaptable, and results-driven
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Willingness to travel for customer visits, training, and industry events
- Familiarity with Nemco product categories a plus
- Develop and execute growth strategies for the Midwestern U.S. market
- Manage, train, and support territory representatives to ensure successful execution of sales plans
- Build and maintain key chain relationships and strengthen dealer network partnerships
- Drive growth in the convenience store and restaurant segments
- Provide consultative support to customers on equipment selection, layout optimization, and merchandising
- Collaborate with engineering, product development, marketing, and supply chain teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and refine sales strategies based on performance
- Monitor industry trends and translate insights into actionable sales plans
- Represent Nemco at trade shows, conferences, and customer events
- Deliver presentations, product training, and customer education sessions
- Must reside within the assigned territory (IL, WI, MN, ND, SD, IA, NE, KS, MO)
- Preference given to candidates living within driving distance of a major metro airport
