Adecco is hiring Drillers & Drill Hands to support drilling operations at one of Wyoming's most exciting and growing energy projects. 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off 12-Hour Day Shifts Full-Time Position

• Assist with daily drill rig operations
• Support well construction, casing installation, and well development activities
• Set up, move, and maintain drilling equipment
• Handle drill pipe, tools, materials, and supplies
• Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and reclamation work
• Complete inspections, safety checks, and field documentation
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and minor repairs

• Have a strong work ethic
• Enjoy physical, hands-on work
• Want to learn a valuable trade
• Work safely and as part of a team
• Have construction, mining, labor, oilfield, water well, or industrial experience (preferred but not required)

This is an active outdoor position working in all types of Wyoming weather. Candidates should be comfortable lifting up to 100 lbs, working around equipment, and performing physical labor throughout the shift.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $35.00 per hour
