Road Warrior OTR Job Info
- Not for every driver. Only the best. Road Warriors take on the miles others can’t. Run long miles, earn big payoffs, and enjoy real rest of up to 20 days when you’re home.

CPM with top weeks reaching $2,350.* - More total home time. Road Warrior drivers get a real break between trips, with 10 to 20 straight days rushed 34-hour resets or two days that disappear. It’s an opportunity to truly recharge before you hit the road again.
- $1,886 weekly minimum guaranteed pay.* We have skin in the game to keep you running. If you’re giving us time, you’re getting paid.
- Drive reliable, modern equipment. Run Freightliner Cascadia tractors and refrigerated trailers, with APUs, refrigerators, inverters, and more.
- Run 100% no-touch freight. We need drivers to drive. Worry about the road, not about your load.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus paid with your first check.
