eProcurement Analyst
Join PENN Entertainment, Inc. as a remote eProcurement Analyst.
OverviewThe eProcurement Analyst maintains and administers the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform (Coupa) to support Procurement’s strategic efforts and drive process efficiencies and savings.
Responsibilities- Serve as a subject matter expert for eProcurement systems.
- Revamp or correct item classifications and other attributes to improve item precision.
- Enable and maintain internal and external catalog types (including punch‑out catalogs).
- Manage users, groups, roles, permissions, and other configuration settings within the system.
- Interpret contracts for appropriate content, load that content into Coupa, and support spend analysis.
- Troubleshoot master data and interface issues between Coupa and other systems.
- Provide second‑level business system support to end users.
- Perform end‑to‑end system testing and partner with stakeholders throughout the process.
- Act as a liaison with the system provider regarding functional issues, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Support special projects such as new property openings and rollout of new system functionality.
- Evaluate system metrics (spend, compliance, catalog vs. non‑catalog usage, etc.).
- Support training efforts for current and future system enhancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. One to two years of direct analytical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in eProcurement systems and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and additional hours as needed.
- Ability to present information to managers, clients, and customers.
- Strong project management and multitasking skills.
- Experience with ERP, eCatalog, cXML, contract management, eRFX, and eAuction technologies is a plus.

SalaryStarting from $52,000 annually, based on experience.
