As a Patient Coordinator
, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

- Support front office operations as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- Time management, organization, and attention to detail
- Must be age 18 or older
