Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr at Aspen Dental, we put You first with training, competitive compensation, and flexible scheduling. You will join as a Patient Experience Coordinator (Patient Coordinator) and help give back to communities and positively affect patients’ lives.

As a Patient Coordinator
, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office duties to create lasting impressions and build trust with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
• Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
• Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
• Time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Must be age 18 or older
