This position requires a HYBRID work schedule and will train on site for a probationary period of time.

Position SummaryThis individual is responsible for evaluating, underwriting, and analyzing commercial loan applications and participation loan purchases to ensure sound credit decisions that align with the Credit Union's risk appetite and regulatory requirements. This role involves assessing financial statements, tax returns, and collateral, preparing credit memos, and recommending approval or denial of loan requests. The position supports business lending growth while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
This position will also support the department in coordinating and analyzing annual loan reviews for the existing commercial portfolio, as well as work with the Credit Union's third-party business loan servicer.
- Knowledge of commercial lending regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience:
We are seeking a minimum of four years prior lending experience with knowledge and/or exposure in the areas of business lending, loan participation, consumer, real estate, vehicle and personal lending at a bank, credit union or other comparable financial institution being preferred.
