Behavioral Health Technician; BHT​/Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

Join us as a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC. This onsite position offers competitive pay of $20‑25 per hour and flexible full‑time or part‑time hours.

In this role, you will provide direct 1:1 behavioral health intervention to individuals aged 2–21 under the supervision of a Behavior Consultant (BC) and Assistant‑Behavior Consultant (A‑BC). Your duties include implementing treatment plans in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings; delivering interventions focused on social, life, and adaptive skills; conducting necessary paperwork daily and submitting weekly reports; and participating in ongoing training and supervision.

• Ability to follow individualized ABA treatment plans, collect and analyze data, and adapt interventions as needed.

• Qualification requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, education, or criminal justice with no prior work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any other field with at least 1 year of full‑time paid work experience involving direct contact with children or adolescents.
  • Associate degree or 60 credits toward a bachelor’s degree with 3 years of full‑time paid experience involving direct contact with children or adolescents.
  • Licensed practical nurse with at least 3 years of full‑time paid experience involving direct contact with children or adolescents.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 40‑hour RBT training and certification conducted by a BCBA or BC‑ABA.
  • Driver’s license.
• Background checks: transcripts of degree, ACT 33, 34, and FBI clearance; NSOR verification; active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).

Salary: $18–$25 per hour.
