* ** BACHELORS Degree
** in Psychology, Social Work, Nursing, Education, Rehabilitation, pre-med, theology or anthropology.
* Bilingual in Spanish
* 1 year of experience in a CASSP system (1 yr experience working with children).
* Be a licensed RN plus have 1 year of experience in a CASSP system program and be enrolled for certification by OMH as a mental health family based worker
* Valid driver’s license
* Ability to pass required background clearances (FBI, Childline, Criminal, driving record)
* Previous experience working with children and families in any setting
* ** At least 1 year working with children and adolescence in the CASSP system
*** Waiver option can be explored for applicants with less then 1 years experience.
* Ability to make a difference in families facing systemic and structural challenges.
* Support families in reducing children and adolescents considered to be at risk of out-of-home placement thrive in their homes and communities.
* Opportunity to work in partnered co-therapy teams to offer greater support in managing and supporting families.
* Ability to work as a valued member of a dedicated team, enabling people RHA supports to identify and achieve personal goals, experience, meaningful days, participated in the community, and live more independently.
