Reading, PA

Full-Time (30 hours per week)

Mon–Thu 8:30am–6:00pm, Fri–Sat 8:30am–5:00pm

With our continued growth, we are hiring a full-time LPN to join our treatment team in Reading, PA. As an LPN, you will provide exceptional patient care and deliver laser hair removal treatments according to established medical protocols.

• No Overnights
• Closed on 7 major holidays
• Free laser hair removal
• 2 weeks paid training
• Certification on Milan’s state-of-the-art laser

• Provide laser hair removal treatments within established medical protocols; educate patients on pre/post treatment care; document medical information clearly and accurately in patient charts; maintain patient privacy in compliance with HIPAA; prepare and sanitize treatment rooms between clients; deliver world-class customer service.
• Drive sales: encourage online reviews and engage with clients to discuss results and suggested additional treatment areas, per Milan Upsell Best Practices.
• Operational duties: clean and perform minor maintenance on the laser, schedule and confirm appointments, update client records, handle incoming calls, support medical staff with treatment room upkeep, perform opening/closing duties, and process client transactions.
• Other duties as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives.

• Current, in-good-standing Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Excellent customer service and a passion for patient care
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information
• Passion for the aesthetics industry
• After provider training within 90 days of hire, ability to train new providers
