Physical Therapist- Weekend Home Health Visits

BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking an experienced Weekend Physical Therapist (PT) for home health visits throughout Berks County. This office services adult and geriatric clients on a per-visit basis.

Requirements include at least one year of clinical experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. You will be an essential part of a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative care and skilled nursing, enabling clients to remain at home.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Minimum one year of recent PT experience.
• Graduation from an APTA-approved program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with computers; EMR experience preferred.
