, you will be trusted to work on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing machinery/equipment in the Phaco Department at Sinking Spring, PA
.

• Perform a variety of repetitive, manual assembly operations to exacting standards.
• Complete the batch records and associated documentation.
• Operate manufacturing equipment that may require performing visual and dimensional inspection of product, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining consumable tooling in equipment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and adjust manufacturing equipment to maximize quality and efficiency.
• Work in a coordinated, computerized manufacturing environment. Tasks are performed in accordance with applicable safety guidelines, as well as appropriate processing standards. Tasks are completed in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• May participate in program or functional team projects developing process improvement methods, solutions, and procedures to improve program quality, cost, and scheduling.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English.
• Work hours: 10:30pm - 6:30am
