We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential to the consistent production of our high-quality confectionery products. You’ll operate machinery, monitor quality, and ensure smooth production processes while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor production equipment (mixers, depositors, packaging machines, etc.)
  • Perform changeovers efficiently to minimize downtime and maintain product integrity
  • Monitor product quality throughout production, troubleshoot issues, and make all adjustments as needed
  • Complete minor operator-level maintenance and cleaning tasks
  • Perform scheduled operator-level preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability
  • Follow standardized recipes and production procedures to ensure consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas in compliance with food safety standards
  • Record production data and report any issues to supervisors
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sound mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills required
  • Previous experience in food manufacturing or production preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
