Job Description

• Be a Critical Support in Urgent Situations: You'll be an essential part of the medical team, directly assisting veterinarians and technicians with hands-on patient care in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure a Seamless Workflow During a Crisis: Your ability to anticipate needs and keep the clinic running efficiently, even during a medical emergency.
• Provide a Calming Presence for Clients: You'll be a reassuring point of contact for worried pet owners, assisting with check-ins, payments, and communications with empathy and professionalism.

• At least 1 year of veterinary experience, with ER or high-volume experience preferred.
