How You'll Contribute

A Speech Pathologist who excels in this role:

• Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs
• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
• Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.

What We're Looking For

Applicants should have a Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology. Current VA license.

Additional Requirements Include

• Basic Life Support certification is required within 60 days of hire.
