• Performs receptionist, registration, and clerical duties associated with direct and scheduled patient admissions. Identifies and refers patients who might have financial difficulty.

• High school diploma or equivalent (may be substituted year for year with directly related experience).
• Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in keyboarding and Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to accept on‑call assignments as needed.
