Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is looking for an experienced HR professional to join their organization. As People Services Director, you will partner with the executive and leadership team members and be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing People Service initiatives. This will include providing leadership and strategic direction for all areas of People Services, such as employee relations, reward, performance management, training, and leadership development.
This is a hands-on role and a full generalist HR position, where the Director will perform day-to-day human resource and department operational tasks.
You will report directly to the local CEO, while receiving direction from the broader group's People function. With a centralized People function in place at Group level, you will be provided with specialist support on areas such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee and management self-service through their Oracle system.
With a strong generalist HR background, you will have experience working in a healthcare setting and demonstrate excellent employee relations skills. A results-focused approach, with the ability to be hands-on whilst maintaining a strategic approach, will be essential. As this is a standalone role, strong business partnering skills and excellent stakeholder management experience at all levels in an organization will be key.
