About Our TeamWCCH ER is a 14‑bed ER with a Fast Track area for up to 8 patients. Certified as a Stroke Ready Facility with The Joint Commission. ER nurse‑to‑patient ratio is 1:4. The ER is staffed with Nurse Techs, Monitor Techs, and RNs.

How You'll Contribute- Oversee activities of the ER and assigned staff during scheduled shifts
- Provide patient care
- Enhance department workflow
- Lead at the point of care
- Understand, communicate, and react to patient and family needs

Applicants must have a current state RN license (or compact licensure).
- Basic Life Support certification required at hire
- ACLS and PALS required within six months of hire
- Three to five years’ experience as a staff nurse within the ER department
- CEN preferred
- Handle with care within one year of date of hire
- Knowledge of medical terminology required
- Knowledge of Med Host electronic health records strongly preferred
