Wytheville, Virginia territory – Full‑time position.

• Represent the company with honesty and professionalism at all times.
• Maintain your sales call schedule and calendar.
• Use CRM and keep records up to date.
• Demonstrate awareness of Cenvar’s scope of work and present this information to potential customers, including product education, our services and policies.
• Use supplied materials and tools in your sales presentations.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Follow up with customers.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Endeavor at all times to give customers the best experience possible.
• Develop customer relationships and provide unrivaled service to build new business, increase branch profitability and further brand loyalty and recognition.

• Two years of sales experience, preferably in construction, farming, service‑based or a similar industry.
• Physically able to get onto roofs and inside attics while following safety procedures to make estimates.
• Ability to learn and use company software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Promptness.
• Ability to make cost estimates.
• Acceptable driving record and insurable under company policy.
• Background check free of felony convictions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Competitive commission‑based compensation. Training salary based on $80,000 annual salary for the first 3 months of employment, then transitioning to strictly commission.
