Special Education Assistant (1-on-1) – McKinley Elementary School
Employment Status: 6.5 hours daily (Monday‑Friday)
Benefits include: Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
Hourly Rate: $20.87 - $24.27
General Description: Work collaboratively with professional staff in providing special education services to students.
Qualifications- Applicants must meet Highly Qualified Paraprofessional Requirements
- Possess a 2‑year Associate's Degree or 2 years of college credits (48 semester or 72 quarter hours) or passage of state paraprofessional standards exam (PARAPRO Test)
- Maintain a valid Ohio educational aide permit with ESEA qualifier
- Meet legal requirements for a criminal background check
Salary is in line with the respective salary schedule.
