as a Staffing & Retention Specialist and help us build a team of passionate people who make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities!

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.
• Post job openings, source candidates, and manage applications from start to finish.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and find the right fit.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and community hiring events.
• Maintain accurate recruiting records and help improve our hiring processes.

• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Nonprofit or developmental disabilities experience is a plus.
• A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and ability to meet required background and health screenings.
