Summary:

The Premier Physician Network offers a Nurse Practitioner position with a range of responsibilities. The NP will provide exemplary primary health care and continuity of medical services under the direction of supervising physicians. Responsibilities vary by specialty and the NP must be accessible to physicians, staff, and supervisors.

Knowledge of professional medical practice to evaluate patient care. Skilled in applying and modifying principles and techniques of medicine to provide ongoing patient care. Competent in taking medical history, assessing medical condition and interpreting findings. Ability to maintain quality assurance and quality control standards. Capable of reacting calmly and effectively in emergency situations. Excellent communication skills with patients and colleagues are essential.

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP program.
• Certified NP (FNP) with current State of Ohio licensure.
• Current Certificate to Prescribe.
• Minimum five years of RN experience; one year as an FNP preferred.
• Understanding of HIPAA law and professional discretion.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer literacy:
  Excel, Word, Outlook. EMR experience an advantage, preferably EPIC.

Full-time – 80 hours per pay period.

$115,000 – $120,000.
